Chiara Pronzato is Associate Professor of Demography at the University of Turin (Italy) and Director of the Impact Evaluation Unit of Collegio Carlo Alberto. She studied Statistics at the University of Turin and then moved to ISER, University of Essex, where she earned a Phd in Economics. In 2008, she was back to Italy with a post-doc position at Dondena, Bocconi University.
Her main research interests are in the fields of demography, economics of the family, and policy evaluation methods.
