Francesco Maura

Francesco Maura is a Post-Doctoral researcher at Bocconi University and the Bocconi Research Lab on Gender Equality. He is an applied microeconomist working at the intersection of household finance, the economics of ageing, and gender economics. His research examines how retirement, caregiving, financial literacy, and public policies shape financial decisions and well-being over the life cycle, using microeconometric and experimental methods, with particular attention to older individuals and inequalities.
