Kenza Elass

Kenza Elass is a post-doctoral researcher at the AXA Research Lab on Gender Equality at Bocconi University. She earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the Aix Marseille School of Economics in 2023. During her PhD studies, she was a research fellow for one year at the Labour Chair of the Paris School of Economics. Her interests are in the fields of gender economics, applied labour economics, and urban economics.
