Griselda Silvia

Silvia Griselda is the Research Manager for the Human Capital Unit at E61 Institute (Australia). She obtained a PhD in economics at University of Melbourne in 2022, and spent two years at Bocconi University as Post-Doctoral fellow at the AXA Lab for Gender Equality. Her research focuses on labour economics, education and gender and has been published in academic journals (such as the Journal of Human Resources and the Journal of Economic Behaviour and Organization) and featured in many media outlets (The Conversation, VoxEd, and ABC news).
Savio Giulia

Giulia Savio is an assistant professor at Università di Torino. She has been a post-doc at Bocconi University, at the AXA Gender Lab. Previously, she completed her PhD in Economics at Università della Svizzera Italiana. Her interests are in the fields of gender economics, political economy, and public economics.
Caló Ximena

Ximena Caló is a PhD Student in the Department of Social and Political Sciences and the AXA Research Lab on Gender Equality at Bocconi University. Her research interests include gender and politics, public opinion, and public policy of the European Union. Before beginning her PhD, she was a Pre-Doctoral Fellow at the AXA Research Lab on Gender Equality. She obtained a Master’s degree (MSc(Res)) in European Studies from the London School of Economics (LSE) in 2020, and a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Political Science and Latin American Studies from Boston University in 2018.
